For orders received by 4pm, delivery will be made via Royal Mail Second Class post.

Next Day Delivery

If you require Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery please let us know via the Contact Us form and we will notify you of how to make the additional payment through PayPal.

Orders outside the UK

We are happy to accept orders for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, please use the Contact Us form to advise us of your requirements and we will be happy to provide an estimate to you.

Returns

In the unlikely event that your bear is received in an unsatisfactory condition we will, of course, replace it with a new bear on receipt of the damaged one, up to 14 days from delivery of your order.
